Meet some of the companies that have recently joined the Brazilian Furniture Project:
Herval – This traditional company from the State of Rio Grande do Sul has been in the market for more than 50 years, and now is widely involved in the areas of services, industry, retailing its own brands, retail sales, wholesale, and distribution. It includes the company iF Soluções, which creates and produces planned furniture, upholstered furniture, and complementary items for both residential and corporate environments, with its own distribution. The Art, Vivere, and Idea furniture, and upholstered lines round out the company’s offerings.
Incorplac – Founded in 1998, the company began its activities as an outsourced producer of sheets of wood used in furniture pieces. In 2004, it began producing furniture, while still outsourced, for the export market and, the following year, it started making quality furniture with its own brand name. Incorplac’s product portfolio includes dressers, night stands, multi-use furniture, and closets. It has an extensive network of representatives covering the entire country.
HB Móveis – The company is involved in the furniture industry by producing shelving, racks, computer desks, bars, and center tables. Its main focus is on innovative and practical concepts. HB Móveis believes in sustainable development and uses sheets of MDF (medium-density fiberboard), MDP (medium-density particleboard), and particleboard produced from 100% reforested wood. Concern for the environment is also reflected in the correct final disposal of industrial waste.
Vamol – This company from the State of Paraná currently has an area of 24,000 m² and has established itself as one of the biggest living room furniture manufacturers in Brazil. Founded in 1993, it has invested heavily in new technologies, equipment and product development, and this strategy has led it to expand its sales abroad. Its products are now found in more than 20 countries.
Motiva Móveis – The company, which was founded in 1987, is located in the furniture region of the State of Rio Grande do Sul, in the city of Bento Gonçalves. It recently took on a new identity, working to offer furniture solutions focusing on practicality, using a modern design, and always seeking to harmonize ambiances that are dynamic, comfortable, and receptive, whether in homes, offices or schools.
