TO OUR READERS

14/12/2013

The arrival of the end of the year is always followed by two visions. An analysis of the year that has just ended and a definition of what we want for the new year ahead. In this last newsletter of 2013, the team of the Brazilian Furniture Project would like to thank all those who, in their respective areas of expertise, have contributed to the strengthening of the Brazilian furniture industry by increasing the presence of our products in major world markets.

The strengthening of the Brazilian furniture industry involves not only the increase of exports, but also the adoption of the best business practices, reflected in the continuous improvement of quality and the compliance with the agreed terms, with the final result being the consolidation of the country’s image of credibility as a reliable partner.

With the technical and financial support by Apex-Brazil, the Brazilian Furniture Project ends 2013 with a total of 71 associated companies, in comparison with the 60 members in January this year. The effort to increase the presence of the Brazilian Furniture abroad can not happen with a short-term view, since each market has its own peculiarities and requires the development of an exclusive strategy of approach.

In this process of building solid relationships, the Business Intelligence work conducted by Apex-Brazil and by the Brazilian Furniture Project team has been critical, aiming at the identification of potential business opportunities with key local players.

We would like to take this opportunity to wish all our readers, their families and business partners a Merry Christmas and a Happy 2014 full of personal and professional achievements.
